Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the website we deliver, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit under the following conditions:
- You must communicate your dissatisfaction within 7 days of the build day.
- The included revision round must be used first. We want the chance to make it right.
- If after revisions you are still not satisfied, the 50% deposit is refunded in full within 10 business days.
- No remaining balance is owed if the guarantee is invoked.
This guarantee does not apply if assets were not submitted on time, if the scope was changed mid-build, or if the project was cancelled by the client before the build day.
Scope of Work
The standard launchday.studio build includes:
- 5-7 custom-designed pages + 3 SEO landing pages
- Professional content writing (AI-assisted, human-edited)
- Mobile-first responsive design
- SEO foundations (meta tags, structured data, alt tags, sitemaps)
- AI-searchable structured data markup
- ADA compliance basics
- Contact form with email routing
- Google Analytics setup
- Domain connection
- Performance optimization
- 1 revision round (within 7 days of launch)
- 1 year of hosting, backups, and maintenance
Not included in a standard build: e-commerce functionality, custom web applications, ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising setup, logo design, or photography. These can be discussed as separate projects.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit is due to confirm your build date. Your build day is not reserved until the deposit is received.
- Remaining 50% is due on the day of launch, before the site goes live.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer or online payment link (sent to you directly).
- If you need to reschedule, we require at least 72 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.
Ownership & IP
Once final payment is received, you own your website and all custom assets created during the build. This includes:
- All custom code written for your project
- All written content and copy
- Design files and assets
You are free to migrate your site to another host or developer at any time. We do not lock you in. Stock images used on the site are licensed for web use and are included in the deliverable.
launchday.studio retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Hosting & Maintenance
Your build fee includes 12 months of hosting, weekly backups, uptime monitoring, maintenance, and monthly analytics reports at no additional cost.
After the first year, hosting and maintenance continues at $29/month. This covers:
- Continued hosting and SSL certificate
- Weekly automated backups
- Uptime monitoring and security patches
- Monthly performance and analytics reports
You can cancel the hosting plan at any time with 30 days notice. Your site files and code will be provided to you for self-hosting or migration.
Privacy Policy
When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name (optional)
- Your preferred build date (optional)
- Project notes and details you share
This data is stored securely and used solely to process your booking, communicate with you about your project, and deliver the agreed-upon services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. This collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google.
If you'd like your data removed, contact us at hello@launchday.studio and we will delete it within 30 days.
